The invention discloses a liftable windproof dust-suppression net which comprises flexible nets, supports, a fixed frame, a sliding frame and multiple sliding rail strips. The fixed frame comprises a fixed cross rod and multiple fixed vertical rods, the sliding frame comprises a sliding cross rod and sliding vertical rods, two ends of the fixed cross rod are fixedly connected with two straight rods of the supports respectively, the lower ends of the fixed vertical rods are fixedly connected with the fixed cross rod, one ends of the sliding rail strips are fixedly connected with the fixed cross rod, the sliding rail strips are arranged horizontally and positioned on a same side of the fixed cross rod, the lower ends of the sliding vertical rods are fixedly connected with the sliding cross rod, the sliding cross rod is arranged on the sliding rail strips and horizontally slide along the sliding rail strips, and the upper ends and the lower ends of the flexible nets are connected with those of the supports respectively. Through the fixed frame and the sliding frame, when the flexible nets are in use, the liftable windproof dust-suppression net can be of a structure identical with conventional rigid windproof dust-suppression nets; when the flexible nets are not in use, the liftable windproof dust-suppression net has features identical with conventional flexible windproof dust-suppression nets.
