The invention discloses an interlocking electromechanical magnetic-drive antitheft alarming lock. A rear lock cylinder is completely disconnected from a connecting body and a front lock cylinder, the connecting body is hidden in a concealed hole, the front lock cylinder is locked by locking corners of a rotating block, a magnetic-drive locking device and an attractive locking device are hidden in a lock body and the lock cylinders to lock the rear lock cylinder, the front and rear lock cylinders asynchronously rotate to give an alarm, and an electronic remote control device is arranged in a power supply circuit of an electromagnet. Electromechanical interlocking, mechanical interlocking, connection hiding and asynchronous alarming are integrated, so that a thief cannot open an interlocking device and rotate the rear lock cylinder; even though a side locking device is violently damaged, only the front lock cylinder can be rotated, and the rear lock cylinder cannot be rotated. Even though the thief drills off the front and rear lock cylinders with an electric hand drill, and rotates a connecting bolt with a tool such as a clip, the power supply circuit of the electromagnet cannot be switched on because a rotating contact does not contact with a fixed contact, and in addition, the power supply circuit of the electromagnet is interrupted by the electronic remote control device, a safety lock plunger cannot be opened, so that a complete antitheft effect is achieved.
