Double-seal hydraulic telescopic grouting clamp for underwater jacket
The invention aims at providing a double-seal hydraulic telescopic grouting clamp for an underwater jacket. The double-seal hydraulic telescopic grouting clamp comprises a clamp sleeve part, a filler seal part and a locking part, wherein the clamp is integrally moved by a hanger rope to a jacket to be repaired, a saddle plate is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder to unfold, the saddle plate is enabled to cover the jacket by adjusting the position of the hanger rope, and the saddle plate is controlled to fold by virtue of the return of the hydraulic cylinder; then a locking hydraulic cylinder stretches out to drive a locking rod piece so as to lock two clamps. Finally an inner end cover and an outer end cover for sealing filler are arranged on two ends of the clamp, a filler hydraulic cylinder stretches out to close the end covers, and the end covers are fixed on the clamp by virtue of bolts so as to realize the secondary seal. By adopting the double seals and double hydraulic telescopic structures, the double-seal hydraulic telescopic grouting clamp is suitable for repairing and reinforcing the underwater damaged jacket due to a series of reasons such as accidental collision of marine organisms, increasing corrosion of seawater, abrasion of a platform, fatigue of materials and the like, the reinforcing efficiency is obviously improved compared with the prior art, and the sealing capability is also improved.
