Underwater grouting method for deepwater jacket
The invention discloses an underwater grouting method for a deepwater jacket, which comprises the following steps of: S1, welding a pipeline launching roller at a water entering position of a gunwale of an operation ship, positioning the operation ship above a grouting opening of the jacket, and enabling a grouting pipeline to enter water at an approximately vertical angle; s2, the grouting pipeline starts to be externally placed, and when the grouting pipeline enters water by a certain distance, the deepwater compensation crane of the workboat is used for lowering the grouting pipeline to the position close to a grouting opening of the jacket all the time; s3, the grouting pipeline is connected with the grouting opening through movement adjustment of the workboat; and S4, after cement paste work of the pile leg is completed and the grouting pipeline is cleaned, the workboat moves the grouting pipeline to the next grouting opening, and grouting continues after connection. The device can be suitable for underwater grouting of the deepwater jacket; meanwhile, by means of measures such as posture control of the water inlet pipeline, the problem that the pipeline is blocked during grouting due to pipeline bending is solved, the construction efficiency is improved, and the operation quality is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种深水导管架水下灌浆方法,包括以下步骤:S1、在作业船舷边入水位置焊接管线下水滚轮,将作业船定位在导管架灌浆口上方,使灌浆管线接近垂直角度入水;S2、开始外放所述灌浆管线,在所述灌浆管线入水一定距离时,利用作业船的深水补偿吊机将所述灌浆管线一直下放至导管架的灌浆口附近;S3、通过作业船的移动调整,将所述灌浆管线与所述灌浆口连接;S4、完成该桩腿的水泥浆工作并且清洗完灌浆管线后,由作业船的移动将所述灌浆管线移动至下一根灌浆口,连接后继续灌浆。本发明能够适用于深水导管架水下灌浆;同时通过入水管线姿态控制等措施,避免了由于管线弯曲而导致在灌浆时管线堵塞的问题,提高了施工效率,保证了作业质量。
