The invention relates to a novel mortar concrete waterproof agent. The novel mortar concrete waterproof agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2-8% of white alum, 3-10% of copper sulphate, 15-25% of coal ash, 8-20% of a polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent, 20-35% of an expansion agent, 0.01-0.3% of an air entraining agent, 1-8% of a shrinkage reducing agent, 0.1-0.3% of alkyl sodium sulfonate and 10-25% of silica fume. A preparation process of the novel mortar concrete waterproof agent comprises the steps of mixing all components in percentage by weight and uniformly stirring and dispersing. The shrinkage reducing agent is added into the novel mortar concrete waterproof agent; therefore, shrinkage of mortar and concrete layers can be greatly reduced in a formed waterproof layer; the volume deformation is reduced; the cracking risk is greatly reduced; and the service life and the durability of the integral waterproof layer are increased.
