The invention relates to a macromolecular waterproof agent which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-36 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.04-0.1 part of a defoaming agent, 0.07-0.15 part of a cement modifier, 0.040-0.050 part of a thickening agent and 60-70 parts of a macromolecular fatty acid. The invention further relates to a waterproof concrete material added with the waterproof agent and waterproof mortar. By adopting the waterproofing agent mainly containing the macromolecular fatty acid as the raw material of the concrete material and mortar, the purpose of prolonging the service life is achieved, and the material meets the environmental protection requirement, so that the material can be widely applied to the technical field of cement components.
