Shale diatom ooze wall material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a shale diatom ooze wall material and a preparation method thereof. The shale diatom ooze wall material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-50 parts of diatomaceous shale, 1-10 parts of graphene oxide, 0.5-5 parts of a special dispersant for graphene, 5-30 parts of sodium silicate, 0.5-5 parts of phosphosilicic acid, 1-5 parts of accelerant grade nano zinc oxide, 1-5 parts of bentonite and 0.01-0.1 part of cellulose. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials in parts by weight; inputting the raw materials into a mixer to be mixed for 2 hours; and uniformly mixing the raw materials one another to obtain the shale diatom ooze wall material. Through reasonable selection and combination of the raw materials, the shale diatom ooze wall material provided by the invention has the advantages of long opening time, high bonding strength, strong antibacterial property and high purification rate. Moreover, the invention further provides the preparation method of the shale diatom ooze wall material which is simple and feasible in process.
