Lightweight thermal insulation refractory mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention provides lightweight thermal insulation refractory mortar which consists of hollow alumina spheres, corundum fine powder, mullite fine powder, alumina fine powder and a binding agent. The invention also provides a method for preparing the lightweight thermal insulation refractory mortar. The method comprises the following steps: coating the surfaces of the hollow alumina spheres with infrared reflection sol, performing high-temperature treatment to form a highly near-infrared reflective coating layer; and preparing the refractory mortar by taking the treated hollow alumina spheres as aggregates. With the adoption of the refractory mortar disclosed by the invention, the strength and fire resistance of the refractory mortar are guaranteed, the density of the mortar is reduced, and the thermal insulation capacity of the mortar is improved.
