Compact aluminum-magnesium-calcium fire-resistant clinker and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a compact aluminum-magnesium-calcium fire-resistant clinker and a preparation method thereof. The compact aluminum-magnesium-calcium fire-resistant clinker is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 73-88% of Al2O3, 4-14% of MgO, 2-8% of CaO and 2-5% of ZrO2. The preparation method comprises the following steps: grinding limestone, magnesite and bauxite, respectively; (2) mixing and adding zirconium oxide micro powder to prepare a mixed material; (3) pressing into green-balls after evenly mixing by ball milling; (4) performing primary calcination at a temperature ranging from 1200 to 1250 DEG C; (5) grinding again and pressing into balls; (6) performing secondary calcination at a temperature ranging from 1600 to 1650 DEG C. According to the preparation method of the clinker, the zirconium oxide micro-powder is taken as a sintering accelerator and the compact aluminum-magnesium-calcium fire-resistant clinker can be obtained under the conditions of a relatively low secondary calcination temperature and relatively short thermal insulation time.
