The invention relates to the technical field of cement-based building materials, in particular to a magnesium-containing low-calcium carbon-sequestration cement clinker and a preparation method thereof.The clinker containing C7MS4 and C3S2 is prepared by adopting high-magnesium sandstone and limestone as raw materials through high-temperature calcination and quenching, the calcium ion dissolution characteristics of the high-magnesium sandstone and the limestone are utilized, the carbonization activity of the clinker is enhanced, and the low-calcium carbon-sequestration cement clinker containing the C7MS4 and the C3S2 is obtained. The magnesium-containing low-calcium carbon-sequestration cement clinker can reduce a large amount of carbon emission generated in cement production, can also seal a large amount of CO2 in the curing process, and digests low-grade raw materials which are difficult to utilize at the same time.
本发明涉及水泥基建筑材料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种含镁低钙固碳水泥熟料及其制备方法,通过采用高镁砂岩和石灰石作为生料,高温煅烧并急冷制备含C7MS4和C3S2的熟料,利用两者钙离子溶出特性,增强熟料的碳化活性,制备得到含镁低钙固碳水泥熟料,不仅能够减少水泥生产中产生的大量碳排放,还能够在养护过程中大量封存CO2,同时消解难以利用的低品位原料。
