Organic macromolecular polymer super-hydrophobic paint and application thereof
The invention relates to organic macromolecular polymer super-hydrophobic paint and application thereof. The paint is prepared in the following method: mixing a polymer monomer with an initiator at a given ratio to obtain a mixed solution, pumping the mixed solution into a reactor with a template under a negative pressure condition, immersing the template for 1h, then sealing and storing the reactor in a thermostat, performing polymerization reaction at the temperature of 80 DEG C for 24h, then stripping off a homopolymer on the surface of the template, and removing the template; and performing vacuum drying to obtain the solid blocked micro-nano composite polygon, adequately grinding the obtained blocked micro-nano composite polygon into powder, and adding the obtained micro-nano composite polygon into dispersion liquid to form a 0.5-20% suspension, thereby obtaining the super-hydrophobic paint. The operation is simple, the cost is low, the super-hydrophobic property is excellent and stable, and complicated processes such as photoetching and electrochemical deposition, expensive equipment and strict technological conditions are not needed in the preparation process.
