The invention discloses a super-hydrophobic organic silicon water repellent and a preparation method and application thereof, and the super-hydrophobic organic silicon water repellent comprises the following components by weight: 20-40% of small molecular silane; 6 to 10 percent of macromolecular silane; 3-7% of inorganic silicon; 0.1%-0.3% of a penetrant; 1-2% of an emulsifier; 0.3%-0.6% of an ultraviolet light absorber; 0.1%-0.3% of an antioxidant; 0.3 to 0.6 percent of a root inhibitor; and 50-60% of deionized water. The overall protection thickness and depth can be increased based on the concrete structure, the permeability of water into the concrete can be effectively reduced, so that the water absorption performance of the concrete is reduced, the concrete is externally super-hydrophobic, the excellent outer surface water rolling effect can be achieved, the self-cleaning effect is achieved, the water absorption performance of the concrete is further reduced, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged. The durability of the existing concrete is obviously improved.
本发明公开了一种超疏水有机硅憎水剂及其制备方法和应用,以重量计,其组份具体包括:小分子硅烷20~40%;大分子硅烷6~10%;无机硅3~7%;渗透剂0.1~0.3%;乳化剂1~2%;紫外线吸收剂0.3~0.6%;抗氧剂0.1~0.3%;阻根剂0.3~0.6%;去离子水50~60%。本发明可基于混凝土结构增加整体的防护厚度及深度,能够有效实现降低水向混凝土内部的渗透性,从而降低混凝土的吸水性能,而且混凝土外部超疏水,能够到达优异的外表面滚水效果,进而起到自洁及进一步降低混凝土的吸水性能,显著提升了既有混凝土的耐久性能。
