The invention relates to a road safety collision protection structure. The road safety collision protection structure comprises a first lateral plate and a second lateral plate between which a buffering structure is fixedly connected, wherein the buffering structure is formed by intersecting two elastic plates which are an arched structure; both ends of each elastic plate are fixedly connected with the first lateral plate, the arched centre of the elastic plate is fixedly connected with a fixed block which is fixedly connected with the second lateral plate. The road safety collision protection structure is simple, because the elastic plate is intersected between the double-layer lateral plates, the safety collision protection structure is excellent in buffering effect; besides the connecting strength between the plates is increased by adding the supporting plate, and the road safety collision protection structure is relatively high in anti-collision capability, thereby reducing the personal injury caused due to automobile impact.
