The invention discloses a bridge road anti-collision safety protection device. The device comprises a machine body; a lifting cavity is formed in the machine body; a connecting cavity is formed in theright side of the lifting cavity; a manual cavity with a forward opening is formed in the right side of the connecting cavity; a transmission cavity is formed above the manual cavity; an airbag cavity is formed in the right side of the transmission cavity; road anti-collision assemblies for protection when a vehicle collides with a guardrail are arranged in the transmission cavity and the airbagcavity. When the device works, the vehicle can be protected through a road anti-collision assembly when an accident occurs; a climbing safety protection assembly can be used for carrying out safety protection on pedestrians of a climbing device; an alarm assembly can be used for giving an alarm when the device is impacted or the pedestrians climb; a safety interception assembly can be used for further intercepting the climbing pedestrians or intercepting flying vehicles; the safety performance is improved; and the accident casualty rate is reduced.
