The invention relates to an anti-climbing road guard plate. The anti-climbing road guard plate comprises a guard plate body; the guard plate body comprises a guard plate body; the guard plate body comprises a flat vertical plate portion; the upper end of the vertical plate portion is bent to one side to form a first circular arc portion, and a first cross rod is mounted on the concave surface side of the first circular arc portion; the end portion of the first circular arc portion extends to form an inclined and downward flat plate portion; the end portion of the flat plate portion is bent towards the vertical plate portion to form a second circular arc portion, and a second cross rod is mounted on the concave surface side of the second circular arc portion. The anti-climbing road guard plate is simple in structure; the cambered structure is arranged at the upper end of the vertical plate of the guard plate so that people cannot apply grabbing force while crossing, and no stepping point is provided for the feet, and therefore, an excellent anti-crossing effect is achieved and traffic accidents caused by people climbing over the protective fence are avoided; the cross rods are arranged in the circular arc portions to improve the strength of the protective fence.
