SHADING PLATE FOR ROAD GUARD CABLE
The present invention relates to a light shielding plate for a guard cable in a road which is installed in a guard cable installed in a road and, more specifically, relates to a light shielding plate for a guard cable in a road, which is simply installed in several strands of guard cables tightly installed, by installing cable holders in a front and a rear surface of a plate body. According to the present invention, the light shielding plate (20) comprises: a plate body (21) which has top and bottom cut grooves (22, 23), and a plurality of assembly grooves (24) formed on the front and rear surfaces of both sides of the top and bottom cut grooves (22, 23); and a plurality of cable holders (25) coupled to the front and rear surfaces of the plate body (21) to face each other in a state where guard cables (13) penetrating the top and bottom cut grooves (22, 23) are held in the front and rear surfaces of the plate body (21).
본 발명은 도로에 설치되는 가드케이블에 차광판을 설치하는 도로 가드케이블용 차광판에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 판형으로 형성되는 차광판몸체의 상하부에 상하부가 각각 개방되는 상하부절개홈을 각각 형성하여 지주 사이에 팽팽하게 설치되어 있는 2줄 이상의 와이어로프로 된 가드케이블에 차광판몸체의 상하부절개홈을 끼운 뒤에, 상하부절개홈을 관통한 가드케이블을 케이블홀더로 감싸 고정하며, 이들 케이블홀더를 차광판몸체의 전후면에 설치함으로써, 팽팽하게 설치된 여러 가닥의 가드케이블에 차광판을 간편하게 설치할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다.본 발명은 도로에 간격을 두고 설치되는 다수개의 지주(10)에 여러 줄의 가드케이블(13)이 수평 방향으로 관통되게 설치되고, 상기 가드케이블(13)에는 상하방향으로 수개의 차광판(20)이 간격을 두고 설치되는 도로 가드케이블용 차광판에 있어서, 상기 차광판(20)은 소정의 폭을 가지는 판형으로 형성되며 상하부에는 상하부가 각각 개방되는 상하부절개홈(22,23)이 상하방향으로 각각 형성되고 상하부절개홈(22,23)의 양측 전후면에는 다수개의 조립홈(24)이 상하방향으로 간격을 두고 형성되는 차광판몸체(21)와, 상기 상하부절개홈(22, 23)을 관통하는 가드케이블(13)을 차광판몸체(21)의 전후면에서 각각 홀딩한 상태에서 차광판몸체(21)의 전후면에 마주보게 결합 설치되는 수개의 케이블홀더(25)를 포함하되, 상기 케이블홀더(25)는 수직부(26)와 수평부(27)가 "L"자 형태로 일체로 형성되는 홀더몸체(28)에 가드케이블(13)을 감싸는 반원관부(29)가 수평방향으로 형성되고, 수직부(26)의 외면 양측에는 조립홈(24)에 끼워지는 한 쌍의 조립돌기(30)가 형성되며, 수직부(26)의 외면 가운데에는 반대편에 마주보게 설치되는 또 다른 케이블홀더(25)의 중앙결합부(31)와 고정나사(31a)로 체결되는 중앙결합부(31)가 상하부절개홈(22,23)으로 삽입되게 돌출 형성되고, 반원관부(29) 외측의 수평부(27)는 가드케이블(13)을 사이에 두고 상하로 설치되는 또 다른 케이블홀더(25)의 수평부(27)와 잠금나사(32)로 결합 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
