The rotating joint (130) comprises a mandrel (131) and a turntable (132) rotatably installed on the outer side of the mandrel (131) in a sleeving mode, wherein the mandrel (131) is provided with a liquid inlet (133) and a distribution groove (135) communicated with the liquid inlet (133), the turntable (132) is provided with multiple liquid outlets (134), and the distribution groove (135) is communicated with one part of the multiple liquid outlets (134) and are not communicated with the other part of the multiple liquid outlets (134) at any moment when the turntable (132) rotates relative to the mandrel (131). In the process that the turntable rotates relative to the mandrel, the distribution groove can be communicated with different liquid outlets. When the rotating joint is used, the rotating joint can supply water through the liquid outlets turned to specific positions.
