The dustproof and energy-saving watering cart is small in size and convenient to operate, and can flexibly move in a narrow construction site to water to prevent dust; the quantity of water watered at a time meets the requirement on dust proofing of the construction site, so that the practicability is high; the watering cart is manually pushed, so that additional energy is avoided, the energy can be saved, and the environmental protection is achieved.
