Prefabricated square tubular pile and connecting method
The invention discloses a prefabricated square tubular pile and a connecting method. The section of the prefabricated square tubular pile is a rectangular annular section, the prefabricated square tubular pile is internally provided with a circular or square through hole which is coaxial with the prefabricated square tubular pile, one end of the prefabricated square tubular pile is provided with a bulge, and the other end of the prefabricated square tubular pile is provided with a slot; a welding skylight hole is formed when the bulge of the prefabricated square tubular pile and the slot of an adjacent prefabricated square tubular pile are conducted for pile extension. The connecting method comprises the following steps: firstly, welding connections on the outer surfaces of the prefabricated square tubular piles; secondly, welding the inner surfaces of the prefabricated square tubular piles, and then installing connecting bolts; thirdly, sealing welding holes; and fourthly, carrying out grouting processing. Under the precondition that the pile extension time is not prolonged, the connecting strength of the prefabricated square tubular piles can be improved greatly, and the pile breaking phenomenon caused in the pile pressing process can be effectively prevented.
