The invention discloses a prefabricated tubular pile construction robot and a tubular pile pressing method thereof.The prefabricated tubular pile construction robot comprises a storage part installed on one side of a base part, comprising a circular storage unit, a square storage unit and a lifting rail unit and used for transferring tubular piles from the horizontal direction to the vertical direction; the hammering part comprises a pile hammering machine main body and a hydraulic hammer mounted on the pile hammering machine main body, and is used for hammering and pressing a vertical pipe pile; the transferring part is used for transferring the vertical pipe pile to the hammering part and the painting part; the paint brushing part is used for brushing paint on the transferred pipe piles; the expansion part comprises a track supporting unit serving as an external support; and the auxiliary part is installed on the expansion part and comprises an auxiliary butt joint unit used for conducting auxiliary fixing on the lower pipe pile and the upper pipe pile and a rotary welding unit used for welding the lower pipe pile and the upper pipe pile. According to the device, the whole process of pressing construction of the prefabricated pipe pile can be integrated, manpower is saved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
