The invention discloses a method for preventing a roadbed side slope surface soil mass from scouring loss. The method comprises the following steps of A, measuring the performance of the roadbed side slope surface soil mass, i.e. measuring the physical and mechanical properties of the roadbed side slope surface soil mass; B, casting to manufacture right-angled hexahedral hollow building blocks, i.e. determining the size of the right-angled hexahedral hollow building blocks, wherein the left inner angle and the right inner angle are 90 degrees, the other four inner angles are 135 degrees, the lengths l of the ridges on the two sides are equal to 10 to 24cm, the lengths l minute of the upper ridge and the lower ridge are equal to [1.2 1], the wall thickness b is equal to 0.251, the height h is obtained by performing mechanical analysis calculation on side slope angle, soil mass mechanical performance and the like, and performing die making, casting and maintenance formation according to the determined size of the right-angled hexahedral hollow building blocks; C, paving the right-angled hexahedral hollow building blocks, i.e. flattening and compacting a slope surface, paving from top to bottom, making sure that the 90-degree inner angles of the right-angled hexahedral hollow building blocks are positioned on the left side and the right side, and after paving is finished, filling soil and tamping. According to the method, the roadbed side slope surface soil mass can be better prevented from being lost by flushing during raining, and the stability of the whole roadbed side slope is guaranteed; waste of a building block material can also be prevented, and the material cost is reduced.
