An automatic rainwater collecting and using device comprises a rainwater collection barrel. An outlet pipeline is arranged at the bottom of the rainwater collection barrel and is communicated with the upper portion of a cyclone separator. A bottom outlet of the cyclone separator is connected with a sediment barrel. A top outlet of the cyclone separator is connected with a water purification barrel. A liquid level meter is arranged in the rainwater collection barrel. An electromagnetic valve is arranged in the outlet pipeline. The output end of the liquid level meter is connected with a controller. The control end of the controller is connected with the electromagnetic valve. Particles and hazardous substances in rainwater can be removed, the basic life requirements are met, the automatic rainwater collecting and using device can automatically run, and the valve does not need to be opened or closed by a specially-assigned person.
