The invention relates to an automatic multi-batch rainwater collecting device which effectively solves the problems of inconvenience in multi-time rainfall sampling operation and sample collection. According to the technical scheme, the device comprises a box body, a collection module and a control module are arranged in the box body, the collection module comprises a fixed liquid distribution plate, a plurality of connectors are transversely and evenly distributed on the liquid distribution plate, and each connector corresponds to one collection bag; a collecting hopper is installed above the liquid separation plate, a water outlet of the collecting hopper is connected with a spray head through a pipeline, the spray head can move left and right along the liquid separation plate, and the spray head can correspond to the multiple connectors one to one; the collecting hopper is sleeved with a large gear capable of rotating, a left vertical shaft and a right vertical shaft are installed on the box body, and the left vertical shaft and the right vertical shaft are each provided with a small gear meshed with the large gear; a cover is fixed to the upper end of the left vertical shaft and can cover the collecting hopper; the control module can control opening and closing of the cover and the opportunity that rainwater enters the collecting bag; and according to the invention, each time of automatic collection of rainfall samples, the samples are isolated and stored.
