Building block made from materials containing plant fibers
The invention provides a building block made from materials containing plant fibers. The building block is prepared by the following steps: cleaning sandy soil stuck onto the materials containing the plant fibers; crushing the materials into fragments; adding biological crushed materials, water, lime powder and a bonding agent into a container according to the ratio of 14-18 parts by weight of water, 3-5 parts by weight of lime powder and 2-5 parts by weight of a bonding agent to 80-85 parts by weight of biological crushed materials, wherein the bonding agent is prepared by adding waste paper pulp and sticky rice paste into toxin-free resin at any ratio, and mixing; stirring the obtained materials and heating to 130-160 DEG C; and compressing the obtained materials in a building block molding mold until the volume of the materials is 1/15-1/30 of that of the original stacked materials. The building block provided by the invention is made from the materials which are easily available, and has the advantages of low raw material cost, no pollution to the environment, heat preservation and sound insulation effects, light weight and high strength.
