Ultrathin polyurethane insulating floor heating plate and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of an insulating plate, and particularly discloses an ultrathin polyurethane insulating floor heating plate and a preparation method thereof. The floor heating plate comprises a floor heating plate body and a groove formed in the floor heating plate body; the floor heating plate body comprises an aluminum plate on the surface layer, a polyurethane layer in the middle layer and a cement cloth in the bottom layer. The preparation method of the floor heating plate comprises the steps: pressing the upper layer aluminum plate, thus forming orderly concave grooves; embossing the formed aluminum plate so as to improve the pressure resisting strength; uniformly dispersing polyurethane raw material on a polyurethane foaming machine head at a high pressure, and placing the upper layer aluminum plate, the polyurethane raw material and the lower cement cloth collectively into a laminating machine, and forming a cement cloth, polyurethane and aluminum plate integrally formed structure in the laminating machine; and carrying out the size cutting on the integrally formed structure on a production line to obtain a finished product. The floor heating plate is relatively low in layer height, simple to construct, high in temperature rising speed, good in insulating property, free from affecting an anti-wear layer, capable of controlling the temperature in different rooms, free from noise, capable of avoiding the hollowing, long in service life and low in energy consumption.
