The invention relates to a polyurethane color-mixed floor and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of wood-like floors. Comprising a base plate and a polyurethane covering layer wrapping the base plate, and sculptures based on mold relief patterns are arranged on the decorative face of the polyurethane covering layer. A color layer is further arranged on the decorative layer and comprises a first color resin layer and a second color resin layer; the second color resin layer covers the decorative layer, and the first color resin layer is arranged on the second color resin layer and partially covers the second color resin layer. The two color resin layers are applied to the sculpture of the decorative surface of the polyurethane surface layer by adopting a mold method, the second color resin layer is darker in color and completely covers the sculpture, and the first color resin layer is lighter in color and partially covers the second color resin layer, so that a composite effect is generated; the wood texture sculpture has high simulation degree and has the texture of solid wood texture.
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯混色地板及其制备方法，属于仿木地板技术领域。包括基板和包覆基板的聚氨酯覆盖层，所述的聚氨酯覆盖层的装饰面上设置有基于模具浮雕图案的刻纹；所述的装饰层上还设置颜色层，所述的颜色层包括第一颜色树脂层和第二颜色树脂层；所述的第二颜色树脂层覆盖所述的装饰层，所述的第一颜色树脂层设置在所述第二颜色树脂层上，且局部覆盖所述的第二颜色树脂层。本发明采用模具法在聚氨酯表层的装饰面的刻纹上施加两个颜色树脂层，第二颜色树脂层颜色较深且全面覆盖所述刻纹，第一颜色树脂层颜色较浅且局部覆盖所述的第二颜色树脂层，以此产生了复合效果，使得木材纹理刻纹具有较高的仿真度，具有实木纹理质感。
