The invention relates to a primary-secondary side cylinder lock. The primary-secondary side cylinder lock comprises a lock case, a lock liner and a key, wherein the center of the lock liner is provided with a key hole. The primary-secondary side cylinder lock is characterized in that the portion under the key hole of the lock liner is provided with side column grooves in a left-right symmetric mode, which are perpendicular to the axial direction of the lock liner; side column piece springs and side column pieces are arranged inside the side column grooves, wherein the side column pieces are in an approximate cylindrical shape; one end of each side column piece is a flat surface and is in contact with the corresponding side column piece spring, the other end of the side column piece is in a semi-cylindrical shape and matched with a side column locking hole formed in the lock case, and the back of the side column piece is provided with a square protrusion corresponding to a bidirectional snake-shaped groove on one side of the key. The primary-secondary side cylinder lock achieves the effects of locking primary-secondary cylinder matched locking pieces, the locking liner and the lock case through the side column pieces and accordingly improving the safety performance.
