Lightning and surge protection composite pressure sensitive resistor and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a lightning and surge protection composite pressure sensitive resistor and a manufacturing method thereof. The pressure sensitive resistor is formed by connecting a lightning protection valve chip and a sensitive pressure sensitive chip in parallel; the lightning protection valve chip is high in through flow peak and low in minimal mutation resistance, and the nonlinear coefficient of the lightning protection valve chip is 45-55; the sensitive pressure sensitive chip is high in nonlinear coefficient and resistant to power frequency overvoltage. In the case of low-current surge fluctuation in a line caused by operating overvoltage or transient overvoltage, the sensitive pressure sensitive resistor chip plays a leading role in discharging energy in the first time, while in the case of high impact voltage amplitude and high energy caused by lightning overvoltage, the lightning protection valve chip plays a dominant role in discharging the energy in the first time, so as to keep a transmission line stable. The pressure sensitive resistor disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the effective lightning protection and effective surge impact resistance of the transmission line are achieved, so that the service life of a product is greatly prolonged and the reliability of the product is guaranteed.
