The invention discloses a porcelain powder for a zinc oxide piezo-resistor of a lightning protection chip and a preparation method thereof. The porcelain powder is composed of following components inparts by mole: 88 to 98 parts of ZnO, 0.2 to 6.0 parts of Bi2O3, 0.1 to 3.0 parts of Sb2O3, 0.2 to 2.0 parts of Co3O4, 0.1 to 1.0 part of MnCO3 and 0.01 to 0.1 part of B2O3. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing nano powder of Bi2O3, Sb2O3 and Co3O4 with micron powder of Bi2O3, Sb2O3 and Co3O4, mixing MnCO3 and B2O3, grinding to obtain a mixture; mixing the mixture with ZnO,grinding, and carrying out spray drying to obtain the porcelain powder. The problem that the lightning protection chip bears large lightning surge current is solved, the nominal impact current capable of being borne under the same geometric dimension is more than two times that of a common product, and the miniaturization design of a lightning protection product can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种防雷芯片的氧化锌压敏电阻用瓷粉及其制备方法,由以下摩尔份的组分制成:ZnO 88~98份、BiO0.2~6.0份、SbO0.1~3.0份、CoO0.2~2.0份、MnCO0.1~1.0份、BO0.01~0.1份;将BiO、SbO和CoO的纳米粉末与BiO、SbO和CoO的微米粉末混合后再MnCO、BO混合后研磨得混合物,再将混合物与ZnO混合后研磨,喷雾干燥后制得防雷芯片的氧化锌压敏电阻用瓷粉。本发明解决了防雷芯片承受较大雷击浪涌电流的问题,在等同几何尺寸下能承受的标称冲击电流是普通产品的2倍以上,能够实现防雷产品的小型化设计。
