Grouting method applicable to concrete square pile
The invention discloses a grouting method applicable to a concrete square pile. The grouting method comprises the following steps: adding a surface modifier at the concentration of 3g/L and a fire retardant at the concentration of 2g/L, and boiling concrete for 120 minutes at 60 DEG C according to the bath ratio of 1: 3; crushing the boiled concrete by using a double-screw extruder, adding aggregate, asphalt, mineral powder, zinc borate and diatomite proportionally into the crushed concrete to obtain a mixture, sufficiently stirring the mixture in a stirrer to obtain concrete grout, guiding the stirred concrete grout into a concrete pump truck, pumping the concrete grout into a concrete square pile mould by the concrete pump truck, forming a concrete square pile after concrete setting, and removing the concrete square pile mould. By the grouting method, the concrete grout has very good compatibility and dispersibility, the uniformity of the concrete square pile is improved, the breakage rate of the concrete square pile is reduced, and further mechanical properties and weather resistance of the concrete square pile are improved.
