Pile bottom unscrewing grouting device of hollow pile and pile bottom grouting method
The invention provides a grouting device capable of screwing out the pile bottom of a hollow pile and a grouting method for the pile bottom. The bottom of the hollow pile is connected with a bottom plate, a transmission butt joint is rotatably mounted on the bottom plate, and a grouting device capable of screwing out is in threaded connection with the interior of the transmission butt joint; the transmission butt joint is rotated to enable the unscrewing grouting device to be screwed out downwards to the position below the bottom plate, and a grouting channel is formed in the unscrewing grouting device. The top end of the transmission butt joint head is used for being connected with a movable grouting pipe in the hollow pile. The bearing capacity of the hollow pile can be effectively improved through pile bottom grouting, then the engineering safety degree is improved, and materials and engineering capital investment are saved; on one hand, the grouting pipe can be used as a grouting tool and can be repeatedly used, and on the other hand, the grouting pipe also can be used as a driving assembly for driving the unscrewing grouting device to penetrate into the soil layer, so that multiple purposes are achieved, other tools are not needed to enable the unscrewing grouting device to move downwards, and the grouting efficiency is improved.
本发明提供了一种中空桩的桩底可旋出注浆装置及桩底注浆方法,中空桩底部连接有底板,在底板上转动安装有传动对接头,在传动对接头内螺纹连接有可旋出注浆器,通过旋转所述传动对接头使所述可旋出注浆器向下旋出至所述底板以下,可旋出注浆器内设有注浆通道;传动对接头顶端用于和中空桩内活动的注浆管相连。本发明通过桩底注浆可有效提升中空桩的承载力,进而提升工程安全度,节约材料与工程资金投入;注浆管一方面作为注浆工具,可重复使用,同时注浆管还作为用于带动可旋出注浆器刺入土层的驱动组件,一物多用,无需借助其他工具来使得可旋出注浆器下移,提高注浆效率。
