The invention discloses a polymer anti-cracking mortar, and a preparation method and application thereof. The polymer anti-cracking mortar is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 800-1200 parts of P.O 42.5R cement, 2400-2600 parts of medium sand, 450-550 parts of water, 4-5 parts of polypropylene fiber, 6-18 parts of latex powder, 1-4 parts of cellulose ether, 1-8 parts of wood fiber and 12-23 parts of high efficiency water reducing agent. Various raw materials are added proportionally and sequentially, and stirred to obtain the polymer anti-cracking mortar. When being used for finishing the autoclaved aerated concrete block wall, the polymer anti-cracking mortar can obviously enhance the crack resistance of the autoclaved aerated concrete block wall finishing layer and improve the binding strength between the mortar and wall. The polymer anti-cracking mortar can prolong the setting time of the newly mixed mortar and prolong the operable finishing construction time.
