The invention discloses an environment-friendly composite decoration board containing agave sisalana dregs. The composite decoration board is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of agave sisalana dregs, 10-15 parts of bamboo powder, 5-10 parts of reed stalks, 5-10 parts of attapulgite, 3-5 parts of medical stone powder, 2-4 parts of a silicon-acrylate emulsion, 0.1-0.2 part of sodium benzoate 0.5-1 part of a silane coupling agent KH-550, 1-2 parts of liquid paraffin and 10-20 parts of a binding aid. The composite decoration board disclosed by the invention has good strength, toughness and use performance and is stable in nature and uniform in texture. In addition, the composite decoration board is wide in source of raw materials, is economical, practical, innoxious and friendly to environment, is good for energy conservation and waste utilization and has quite high social and economic benefits.
