The invention discloses a coal gangue shale flyash insulation hollow brick. The coal gangue shale flyash insulation hollow brick is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65-70 parts of processed coal gangue shale mixed powder, 49-52 parts of flyash, 2-4 parts of calcium chloride, 5-7 parts of rice husk, 2-3 parts of soluble glass, 8-10 parts of perlite and 9-10 parts of water. Compared with the prior art, the coal gangue shale flyash insulation hollow brick is reasonable in composition proportion, and simple, scientific and reasonable in process; the coal gangue and the shale are pre-processed, the plasticity index is raised due to the reasonable grain proportion, the caking property between the granules is increased and the green body is compact; the rice husk is added and becomes the ashes in the sintering process, and a tiny cavity is formed so that the brick has a good insulation effect; the soluble glass is added before molding the green brick, so that the viscidity and the formability are improved. The sintered hollow brick prepared by the invention is reasonable in holes, good in insulation effect and high in intensity and is energy-saving and waste-utilizing.
