Barium strontium titanate-based capacitor ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a barium strontium titanate-based capacitor ceramic and a preparation method thereof. The barium strontium titanate-based capacitor ceramic consists of (Ba(1-x-y)SrxYy)TiO3, Awt% of Sb2O3 and Bwt% of modifier. The invention further provides a preparation method of the barium strontium titanate-based capacitor ceramic. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly preparing main crystal phase powder of (Ba(1-x-y)SrxYy)TiO3 by a solid-phase reaction method; then blending the main crystal phase powder in the first step with Sb2O3 and modifier powder; and performing wet ball milling, drying, granulation, moulding, rubber discharge and final sintering to obtain the barium strontium titanate-based capacitor ceramic. The capacitor ceramic prepared by the method disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of high dielectric performance, low loss and pressure resistance at room temperature; and moreover, the temperature stability of the dielectric constant is remarkably improved, the operation requirements of ceramic capacitors for filtering and coupling on the medium material are met, and the barium strontium titanate-based capacitor ceramic has a wide application prospect in the fields such as automobiles, electronics and medical treatment.
