Preparation method of barium strontium titanate ceramic
The invention discloses a sol gel preparation method of barium strontium titanate (BST), which takes cheap inorganic matter including TiO2, Ba(NO3)2, Sr (NO3)2 and the like as raw materials. The formula of a ceramic component is Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3. The sol gel preparation method comprises the specific steps: (1) preparing BST precursor sol; (2) preparing ceramic by using BST ceramic powder. The barium strontium titanate powder prepared by the sol gel preparation method has a high crystallization degree and a uniform crystal grain size; the size of crystal grains reaches to a nano grade which is about 30nm to 40nm. When the prepared Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 ceramic is subjected to heat preservation for 2 hours at a sintering temperature of 1250 DEG C, and the density is up to be 95% of theoretical density; compared with a traditional solid-phase preparation method, the method has the advantages that the sintering temperature of the product is reduced and the product has good dielectric properties: under the frequency of 1KHz, a room-temperature dielectric constant epsilon is equal to 930 and the dielectric loss tan delta is equal to 0.08.
