The invention relates to a corrosion-resistant heat-shock-resistant refractory cast material for a zinc oxide kiln top. The corrosion-resistant heat-shock-resistant refractory cast material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 23-50 parts of refractory aggregates (0-3mm), 10-30 parts of refractory aggregates (3-5mm), 5-25 parts of refractory aggregates (5-8mm), 1-10 parts of chromic oxide, 1-10 parts of silicon powder, 2-12 parts of SiC, 1-10 parts of a-Ai2O3, 0.01-0.3 part of detonation inhibitor, 0.01-0.3 part of water reducing agent, 0.01-0.3 part of SiO2, 1-9 parts of aluminum powder, and 1-9 parts of binding agent. The corrosion-resistant heat-shock-resistant refractory cast material is prepared by mixing all the components. The corrosion resistance and alkaline resistance of the material can be up to 90wt%, the pressure withdrawal strength is more than or equal to 30MPa at 1000 DEG C, the breaking strength is 1000 DEG C*3h more than equal to 7MPa, the primary thermal shock resistance is greater than or equal to 20, and the refractoriness is up to 1780 DEG C.
