The alkali-corrosion-resistant refractory material for the rotating tube of the tube drawing machine of the glass kiln is prepared by taking high-purity mullite, sillimanite, andalusite and binding clay as raw materials through material mixing, cold isostatic pressing forming and high-temperature heat treatment. By selecting raw materials with different particle sizes and different chemical compositions, the alkali corrosion resistant refractory material containing sillimanite group minerals and having determined alumina content for the rotating pipe can be formed. The alkali-corrosion-resistant refractory material for the rotating pipe can resist the corrosion of alkaline oxides in molten glass, does not easily generate low-melt substances to pollute the molten glass, and is beneficial to improving the yield of glass pipe products.
本发明玻璃窑拉管机旋转管用抗碱蚀耐火材料，利用高纯莫来石、硅线石、红柱石和结合粘土为原料，经过混料、冷等静压成型、高温热处理制得。通过选用不同粒度、不同化学组成的原料，可形成含有硅线石族矿物，以及确定氧化铝含量的旋转管用抗碱蚀耐火材料。这种旋转管用抗碱蚀耐火材料能够抵抗玻璃液中碱性氧化物的侵蚀，不易产生低熔物污染玻璃液，有利于提高玻璃管制品的成品率。
