Cement-based polymer anticorrosion coating and preparing method thereof
The invention relates to cement-based polymer anticorrosion coating and a preparing method thereof. The coating is prepared by respectively mixing and blending solid-phase materials and liquid-phase materials, slowly adding the solid-phase materials into the liquid-phase materials and fully stirring until no bubble exists, wherein the liquid phase comprises 10-50 wt% of an epoxy emulsion, 0-30 wt% of a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, 0-30 wt% of a styrene-acrylate copolymer emulsion, 0-1 wt% of an organosilicon defoamer and 2-10 wt% of a polyethylene-polyamine curing agent; and the solid phase comprises 20-39 wt% of cement, 8-19 wt% of quartz sand and 0-2 wt% of cellulose. The coating has characteristics of high strength, high bending resistance, high adhesion force, corrosion resistance, ageing resistance, fire prevention, safe and simple construction, no toxicity, and the like, and is an ideal material for solving sulfate corrosion in high-sulfate-concentration or water-evaporation sections or parts, sections or parts having cycles of freezing and thawing, wetting-drying alternated sections or parts, hydraulic scouring sections or parts, and the like.
