ANTICORROSION BASE COATING MATERIAL FOR STEEL MATERIAL, ANTICORROSION COATING METHOD OF STEEL MATERIAL AND ANTICORROSION STEEL MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anticorrosion base coating material for steel material, an anticorrosion coating method of steel material and an anticorrosion steel material, using chloride ion capture (adsorption) function of nitrite-type hydrocalumite to maximum.SOLUTION: There is provided a water curable coating material by binding a major component of 100 pts.mass of a cement-based water curable material, 50 to 150 pts.mass of a fine aggregate, 10 to 100 pts.mass of nitrite-type hydrocalumite with 5 to 30 pts.mass of re-emulsified form powder resin, 0.05 to 1 pts.mass of a thickener, 0.05 to 0.5 pts.mass of an antifoam agent and 0.05 to 0.7 pts.mass of a flowability modifier. There is provided an anticorrosion steel material obtained by forming a uniform base coating layer without any unevenness and a middle coating layer adhered to a porous base coating layer on a steel material with using the above base coating material as a base coating material and weak solvent epoxy resin coating material as a middle coating material in an anticorrosion method for base coating, middle coating and top coating on a steel material.
【課題】亜硝酸型ハイドロカルマイトの塩化物イオン捕捉(吸着)機能を最大限に活かした、鋼材防食用下塗り材、鋼材防食塗装方法及び防食鋼材を提供する。【解決手段】セメント系水硬化材100質量部、細骨材50〜150質量部、亜硝酸型ハイドロカルマイト10〜100質量部の主要成分に、再乳化形粉末樹脂5〜30質量部、増粘剤0.05〜1質量部消泡剤0.05〜0.5質量部及び流動性改良剤0.05〜0.7質量部を配合する水硬化性下塗り材。また、鋼材に、下塗り、中塗り及び上塗り塗装する防食方法において、下塗り材として上記下塗り材を用い、中塗り材として弱溶剤エポキシ樹脂塗料を採用することにより、鋼材にムラなく均一な下塗り層を形成させ、かつ、多孔質の下塗り層に強固に密着した中塗り層を形成させる防食鋼材。【選択図】図1
