Brake structure for traveling wheel of high-speed railway track measurement instrument
The invention relates to a brake structure for a traveling wheel of a high-speed railway track measurement instrument. The traveling wheel of the track measurement instrument travels on a top rail face of a steel rail and a corresponding brake structure is required when the traveling wheel is stopped or the track measurement instrument is required to stand. According to the brake structure, a barrel-shaped shaft sleeve which is in parallel to a wheel shaft of the traveling wheel is arranged above the wheel face of the traveling wheel; an arc brake slice adaptive to the shape of the wheel face of the traveling wheel is fixed at the bottom end of the shaft sleeve; a brake shaft is arranged in the shaft sleeve; an eccentric shaft which is in parallel to the axial direction of the brake shaft is arranged at the middle part of the brake shaft, and the diameter of the eccentric shaft is greater than that of the brake shaft; a brake rod perpendicular to the brake shaft is arranged at the end part of the brake shaft. According to the design of the brake structure, the brake slice and the brake shaft with the eccentric structure are arranged; effective braking of the traveling wheel can be completed by the simple mechanical action; the brake structure has a simple structure and is convenient to operate.
