The invention relates to a cross beam and longitudinal beam connection locking structure for a high speed railway track measurement instrument. The track measurement instrument consists of a cross beam and a longitudinal beam which are of an overall T-shaped structure ordinarily or are fixedly connected through a connecting piece, so that the maintenance and the replacement of part of components or assemblies are not facilitated. A locking wheel and a connecting rod are arranged on the respective connecting surfaces of the cross beam and the longitudinal beam of the track measurement instrument; the locking wheel is cylindrical; a C-shaped hook parallel to the cylinder surface is arranged on the cylinder surface; a strip-shaped groove perpendicular to the axial direction of the locking wheel is formed in the C-shaped hook; the connecting rod is cylindrical or is shaped like a circular truncated cone which retracts from bottom to top, and is perpendicular to the axial direction of the locking wheel; locking grooves used for limiting the C-shaped hook are symmetrically formed in two sides of the connecting rod. The connecting rod and the locking wheel are arranged on the respective connecting surfaces of the cross beam and the longitudinal beam, the connecting rod is hooked by using the C-shaped hook of the locking wheel, and the cross beam and the longitudinal beam can be movably connected, so that the track measurement instrument is of a cross beam and longitudinal beam splitting type structure, and is flexible to assemble and convenient to disassemble.
