The grouting construction method comprises the following steps: 1, when the vertical prestressing tendons are embedded, two adjacent vertical prestressing tendons are selected and connected through a U-shaped plastic ribbed tube, two ends of the U-shaped plastic ribbed tube are inserted into tubes of the two adjacent vertical prestressing tendons respectively, and the insertion depth is larger than or equal to 20 CM; 2, after concrete placing is finished and the strength meets the design requirement for the tension strength, the prestressing tendons are tensioned vertically, grouting is performed after tensioning is finished for 48 h, one anchor backing plate hole in the top surface of a box girder is selected to serve as a grout inlet for grouting, adjacent vertical prestressing anchor backing plate holes are taken as grout outlets, and the two vertical prestressing tendons are grouted simultaneously according to the operation with a grouting process. According to the grouting construction method, a grouting channel is prevented from being damaged and blocked in a concrete construction process, the construction of the vertical prestressing tendon grouted tubes adopting U-shaped connection is simple and convenient to operate, the construction efficiency is increased, the quality control is guaranteed, and the construction cost is saved.
