The invention discloses a sound barrier acoustic board structure. The sound barrier acoustic board structure is characterized in that continuous wedges which form a W shape and provided with identical sections are disposed on one side of an acoustic board, rectangular filler strips are disposed on the other side of the acoustic board at intervals, a groove is formed between every two filler strips, and the two opposite lateral sides of the acoustic board are inclined surfaces inclined relative to the surface of the acoustic board which is a flat board; each wedge is arc-shaped or trapezoid; two ends of rectangular filler strips are located in the edges of the flat board; the groove between every two filler strip is circular or trapezoid. The sound barrier acoustic board structure has the advantages the wedges can further effectively absorb noises of various directions and frequencies; the filler strips can be adhered to the support part of a sound barrier so as to increase the strength of the acoustic board, and disconnected cavities are formed to increase the noise reduction performance; the two opposite lateral sides of the acoustic board are inclined surfaces inclined relative to the surface of the flat board, the inclined surfaces are matched with the support structure of the sound barrier, fixation is achieved by adhering and the limit action of the inclined surfaces, use of metal connectors is reduced, service life is prolonged, and operation and maintenance work amount are reduced.
