The invention discloses a microporous ceramsite acoustic board for a sound barrier. The acoustic board is a rectangular panel formed by stirring, compression molding and curing microporous ceramsite and an inorganic adhesive, the surface of the panel is provided with continuous grooves which are transversely arranged, and the back surface of the panel is provided with identical longitudinal grooves which are vertically arranged at intervals; after the back face of the acoustic board and the plate face of a sound barrier back plate are connected and fixed in a bonding mode, the longitudinal grooves form sound absorption cavities communicating in the vertical direction of the sound barrier. The two sides of the surface of the acoustic board are fixed to supporting rib columns through expansion bolts by means of two installation blocks. The installation block is an eccentric block of a cylinder structure, the density of the acoustic board ranges from 600 Kg/m<3> to 1300 Kg/m<3>, and the strength of the acoustic board ranges from 6 Mpa to 15 Mpa. The acoustic board can be made of inorganic non-metal materials, secondary pollution is avoided, and the service life is long; the wedges, the cavities and the internal honeycomb net-shaped communication structure can effectively reduce noise, the traditional mode of adopting sound absorption cotton is broken through, and frequency division treatment can be more effectively carried out on the noise.
本发明公开了一种用于声屏障的微孔陶粒吸声板。吸声板是采用微孔陶粒和无机粘接剂经搅拌、压制成型、养护后构成的矩形面板,面板表面具有横向布置的连续凹槽,面板背面具有竖向间隔布置的、相同的纵向凹槽;吸声板背面与声屏障背板板面通过粘接连接固定后,纵向凹槽形成沿声屏障竖向联通的吸声空腔;吸声板表面两侧均由两个安装块通过膨胀螺栓固定在支撑肋柱上;安装块为圆柱体结构的偏心块,吸声板的密度在600~1300Kg/m3,强度在6Mpa~15Mpa。本发明吸声板能采用无机非金属材料制作,无二次污染,使用寿命长;其尖劈、空腔和内部的蜂窝网状联通结构能有效的降低噪声,突破了传统采用吸声棉的模式,能够更有效地针对噪声进行分频治理。
