The invention discloses a soft soil roadbed construction method. The method includes: arranging and positioning pile holes in the ground according to quincuncial pile force; using a vibration perforating machine to perforate the pile holes according to a spiral sequence from outside to inside; filling gravels into a pile pipe after each pile hole is perforated, operating the pile pipe of the vibration perforating machine to vibrate, and lifting the pile pipe to the top of the pile hole; perforating the pile holes according to the perforating sequence of a skipping perforating method, wherein the perforating speed of the vibration perforating machine is 0.5-3m/min during perforation; laying a sand-gravel cushion, to be more specific, laying a layer of sand and gravels on hardened soft soil, laying a layer of geogrid on the sand and gravels, laying a layer of sand and gravels on the geogrid, and rolling and compacting. The soft soil roadbed construction method is simple in construction process and fast in construction, construction difficulty is lowered, construction quality is increased, construction cost is lowered, and construction efficiency is increased.
