The invention relates to a soft soil roadbed and a construction method thereof.According to the main technical scheme, the soft soil roadbed comprises a roadbed layer, a plurality of pipe piles and a circular bearing frame, the roadbed layer is arranged on a soft soil layer and sequentially comprises a sand cushion layer, a first gravel layer, a second gravel layer and a concrete layer from bottom to top; the lower portions of the pipe piles are inserted into the soft soil layer, the upper portions of the pipe piles are located in the first gravel layer, every four adjacent pipe piles form a pipe pile set, the bearing frame is located at the hollow position of the pipe pile set and located at the junction of the first gravel layer and the second gravel layer, and the peripheral portion of the bearing frame is connected with the ends of the four pipe piles. By arranging the bearing frame, the downward pressure from the road surface is transmitted to the pipe piles, so that the effective bearing area of the soft soil roadbed is increased, and the risk of local settlement is reduced.
