The invention discloses a gas lift method based secondary hole cleaning construction process for overlength pile foundations. The gas lift method based secondary hole cleaning construction process includes: (1), measuring hole depth and hole bottom mud specific gravity, and mounting a guide pipe; (2), arranging a segmental galvanized air pipe in the guide pipe; (3), connecting the guide pipe with a guide pipe connector portion of a gas lift cap, connecting an air pipe connector portion of the gas lift cap with an air compressor through a high-pressure air pipe, connecting a bent pipe of the gas lift cap with a mud outlet pipe, and completing connection of a mud supplement pipe in a hole; (4), turning on an airflow control switch of the air pipe connector portion after mud supplement, starting the air compressor to inject high-pressure gas into the guide pipe, and continuously supplementing a proper proportion of mud into the hole synchronously; (5), according to the measured hole depth and sediment thickness, lifting the gas lift cap by lifting equipment to probe downwardly again, cleaning sediments at the bottom of the hole layer by layer, and stopping hole cleaning until the hole depth, the sediment thickness and mud indexes meet standard requirements. By the gas lift method based secondary hole cleaning construction process, hole cleaning time is shortened greatly, construction efficiency is improved remarkably, and hole cleaning quality is high.
