Expansion type pre-stress anchor cable
An expansion type pre-stress anchor cable comprises an anchor head, an anchor cable body, a backing plate and an anchorage device. The expansion type pre-stress anchor cable is characterized in that the anchor head is fixedly connected with one end of the anchor cable body, the anchor cable body is sleeved with a double-head expansion tube, the double-head expansion tube comprises a cylindrical section, a middle section and a horn mouth section, rectangular grooves evenly arrayed are formed in the side face of the cylindrical section, and rectangular grooves evenly arrayed are formed in the side face of the horn mouth section. The cylindrical section of the double-head expansion tube is located at the anchor head end, a hollow positioning rubber plug is installed on the anchor cable body, the anchor cable body is sleeved with the backing plate, a clamping piece and the anchorage device, and a grout injecting hole is formed in the backing plate. The expansion type pre-stress anchor cable can be easily constructed at a time, tensioning can be performed while the anchor cable is installed, in this way, the construction time is shortened, working efficiency is improved, and unsafe factors generated by stress releasing in the construction process of a traditional anchor rod are reduce; the deep part is used for stabilizing the rock stratum, active pre-stress is exerted on the surrounding rock or side slope of a tunnel as soon as possible, the effect of supporting the surrounding rock through the active pre-stress is achieved, and the expansion type pre-stress anchor cable has important meaning for safe and efficient construction.
