Expansion shell type anchor cable and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an expansion shell type anchor cable and a construction method thereof, and relates to grouting and anchoring devices in infrastructural projects and construction methods thereof. The expansion shell type anchor cable comprises an expander, a bearing plate assembly and a grouting mechanism; according to the key technology, the expander comprises a connecting bottom plate, an arc wing plate and a wedge-shaped plate; the wedge-shaped plate is welded to the middle of the arc wing plate; the bearing plate assembly comprises a steel strand, a sliding base plate and an anchor head; the grouting mechanism comprises a primary grouting pipe, a secondary grouting pipe and a sealing bag; the primary grouting pipe is installed above the connecting bottom plate; and the sealing bag is installed on the connecting bottom plate. The construction method comprises the steps of anchor cable manufacturing, anchoring section grouting, steel strand tensioning and secondary grouting. The expansion shell type anchor cable has the beneficial effects that due to the arrangement of the expander and the bearing plate assembly, an expansion head of the expansion shell type anchor cable is formed by adopting a mechanical tensioning wedge-shaped mechanism; and compared with a high-pressure jet grouting bag type expansion head anchor cable, the expansion shell type anchor cable has the advantages that the structure is simple, construction procedures are reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, the usage amount of slurry is small, and the construction cost is effectively reduced.
一种胀壳式锚索及其施工方法,涉及基建工程中灌浆锚固的装置,以及它的施工方法。它包括扩张器、承压板总成和注浆机构;其关键技术在于扩张器包括连接底板、圆弧翼板和楔形板,圆弧翼板中部焊接楔形板;承压板总成包括钢绞线、滑动垫板和锚头;注浆机构包括首次注浆管、二次注浆管和密封袋,首次注浆管安装在连接底板上方,密封袋安装在连接底板上。其施工方法包括锚索制作、锚固段注浆、钢绞线张拉和二次注浆。本发明具有的有益效果是:扩张器和承压板总成的设置,采用机械张拉楔形机构形成胀壳锚索扩大头。相较于高压旋喷囊袋式扩大头锚索,本发明结构简单,减少施工程序,提高施工效率,泥浆使用量少,有效降低了施工成本。
